1. The scope of the agreement

1.2 Different 4PX partner services provided by this website have independent agreements. For detailed, please refer to the specific agreements of each services.

2. Account and password security

You need to register an account when using this system. Please keep your account and password safe. When you are done using it, you should exit safely. You may be responsible for any hacking or password theft caused by your mishandling.

3. The use of the service

3.1 Unless otherwise agreed with the Deliverer, you agree that the Service is for commercial use only.

3.2 You should use this service by submitting it to or receiving approval from the 4PX. The rights acquired under the terms of this agreement are not transferable.

3.3 You may not use plug-ins, hanging, or third-party tools that are not authorized by 4PX to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or exert other influence on the services under this Agreement.

4. provide services according to the status

You understand and agree that the services of the 4PX are provided in accordance with the current state of the technology and conditions that can be achieved.  4PX will do its utmost to provide you with services to ensure the continuity and security of the services; however, 4PX cannot anticipate and prevent legal, technical and other risks at any time, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, systems not Service interruptions, data loss, and other losses and risks that may result from stability, government actions, and other reasons.

5. Bring your own device

5.1 You should understand that your use of the 4PX 's services requires you to prepare the terminal equipment (such as computers, modems, etc.) associated with the relevant services, and to bear the necessary expenses (such as telephone charges, Internet access fees, etc.).

5.2 You understand and agree that the use of this service will consume resources such as your terminal equipment and bandwidth.

6. Provide services based on the website

6.1 In order to improve the user experience and ensure the quality and security of services and products, 4PX may upgrade and maintain the service. Before the maintenance, an announcement will be issued. During the maintenance period, the service may be unstable. Please pay attention to announcements.

6.2 Malicious attacks are not allowed to be sent to 4PX service.

6.3 If a service leak is found, please contact the 4PX in a timely manner and do not spread it freely in public.

7. Confidentiality clauses

7.1 Users should provide true, correct, up-to-date and complete information according to the registration tips of this site, and update the registration data at any time to ensure that it is true, correct, up-to-date and complete. If the user provides any wrong, false, outdated or incomplete or misleading information, or the 4PX has reason to suspect that the foregoing information is wrong, false, outdated or incomplete or misleading, they are entitled to suspend or terminate the user's account and reject all or any part of the user's current and future use of the services provided by 4PX.

7.2 Under normal circumstances, you may view or modify your submitted information at any time. However, due to security and identification considerations, you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration.

7.3 4PX shall adopt reasonable security measures to protect the relevant information that the user has stored. Except the following circumstances, the 4PX will not provide any information of the user to any unrelated third party without prior permission from the user:

• (2) Disclosure according to mandatory requirements of government authorities
• (3) Disclosure based on user's explicit authorization
• (4) Disclosure to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the 4PX or public interests

7.4 Both parties are aware of confidentiality, intelligence, plans, products, and other related information in the other party’s business because of this agreement. They are obliged to keep confidential and shall not disclose to third parties other than this agreement without their written consent. The other party suffered all the economic losses.

7.5 The user is not allowed to disclose to third parties the reward or cooperation method that the 4PX gave the user during the cooperation period.

7.6 The confidentiality obligations of both parties shall not be discharged before of the termination of this agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability and Non-guarantee

8.1 If the system of the site crashes or cannot be used due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of this site, online transactions cannot be completed or related information, records, etc. are lost, and the 4PX will not assume any responsibility, but will do its best to assist in dealing with the aftermath.

8.2 If the user violates relevant laws, regulations or the registration service terms of this site, the consignment of the parcel will be lost. The user agrees to bear all the damages caused by this.

8.3 If the user provides any wrong, false, outdated or incomplete or misleading information, or 4PX has reason to suspect that the foregoing information is wrong, false, outdated or incomplete or misleading, resulting in losses It is the responsibility of the user and 4PX does not assume any responsibility.

8.4 Except as otherwise stated in writing, the content, materials, products, information, and services contained in or provided to the user are provided on a "as is" and "as available" basis.

8.5 Except as otherwise stated in writing, Dispatch will not make any express or implied representations or warranties regarding the operation of this site or the content, products, information, or services of this site.

8.6 4PX does not guarantee the contents, products, information, materials, services provided by this site or in other ways through this site to its users. Its servers or e-mails and messages sent from this site are free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Agreement Update

Due to changes in national policies, laws and regulations or other reasons, it is the right of 4PX to change this Agreement and the contents of this website from time to time without notice to the user. If users do not agree with the updated agreement, they may stop using the services provided by the site at any time. Once users continue to use the services provided by this site, they are deemed to have agreed to the updated agreement. Any clause in this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, and does not affect the validity or execution of any other clause than the clause.

10. Application of law

This agreement applies to the law of People's Republic of China.

11. Dispute Resolution

If there is any dispute arising from this agreement, the two parties shall settle it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit in the People's Court where the parties are located.
